We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
This allows us to keep delivery reliable, costs clear, and support consistent.
International shipping may be introduced later, once the system has settled.

All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

Order processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use this to follow your parcel directly via Royal Mail.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.
