Returns and Refunds

S-K9 is built for real dogs in real environments.
If something isn’t right, we handle it clearly and fairly.

There are two different return paths, depending on the situation.

A — Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

(Return Required)

This path applies if:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • The fit isn’t right for your dog
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • This is a fit or choice issue, not a product fault.

14 Day Right to Return

In the UK, you have the legal right to return your S-K9 within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned within 14 days after notification
  • The product must be unused, clean, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all components must be included

Refund

  • We refund the product price
  • Return shipping is your responsibility

14–30 Days After Delivery

If your return arrives between 14 and 30 days after delivery:

  • You receive full refund of the product

Why Fit Matters

S-K9 works through feedback.
Feedback depends on fit.

We provide sizing guidance, but every dog is different.
If it isn’t right, return it calmly.

B — Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

(Warranty Replacement — No Return Required)

This path applies if:

  • Your S-K9 arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • Hardware or stitching is faulty
  • This is covered under the S-K9 Warranty.
  • You do not need to return the product.

What To Do

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage

What Happens Next

If the issue is confirmed:

  1. We send a free replacement
  2. No return required
  3. No shipping cost to you

You keep the original item.

Our Responsibility

If a product fails before it ever reaches a walk, that is on us.

You should never pay for a manufacturing error.

6 months Design Warranty

If your S-K9 fails under normal walking conditions within 6 months due to:

  • material failure
  • stitching failure
  • hardware failure
  • We replace it.

No return required.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage

This is not insurance.
It’s confidence in the design.

General Conditions

  • Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover misuse, chewing, or intentional damage
  • Photo evidence is required for warranty claims
